1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the Lone Star Concrete Guild (the “Guild”). By accessing our website, platform, and matching services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Nature of the Guild Platform

Lone Star Concrete Guild is an independently operated concrete resource developing contractor introductions. We do not perform construction. A suitable independent contractor and their availability must be confirmed before an introduction can be made.

Our guides describe planning considerations and hiring criteria. They do not establish a construction specification or certify an unassessed contractor. Any construction agreement, scope, permit responsibility and warranty must be agreed directly between the property owner and independent contractor.

3. Estimator and Consultation Requests

By submitting an estimate request or consulting form, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding your location, scope of work, and contact details. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a suitable independent contractor is available or will accept the project. Slabs and installations are subject to soil checks and municipal/HOA feasibility reviews.

4. Property Access & Estimating Feasibility

By scheduling an on-site consultation, you grant the independent contractor you have agreed to meet permission to access the designated outdoor property area to take measurements, inspect soil conditions, analyze drainage grades, and check for municipal utility easements or HOA limits.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials, design layouts, logos, imagery, and text assets featured on the Lone Star Concrete Guild platform are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, scrape, or repurpose any content without the express written authorization of the Guild administration.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the Lone Star Concrete Guild, its officers, directors, or representatives be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from any contractor agreement, site issues, expansive soil behavior, or project timeline disputes.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
